Ryan Medders
Ryan is a US Army veteran with 15 years designing and running production systems across logistics, healthcare, and defense, including systems where a failure meant stopped freight or a clinic going down. Most recently he built the IT and software development departments from scratch at a 350-employee asset-based freight brokerage. Vantage holds its work to the same standard: if we would not stake our reputation on it, we do not recommend it.
Carlos Guerrero
Carlos is a software developer and systems administrator with a background in healthcare and logistics. Before Vantage he worked on an EMR analytics team, rebuilt an asset-inventory system, led a company-wide email platform migration, and automated onboarding and access management. He holds a B.S. in Informatics from Arizona State University. At Vantage he owns builds, deployments, environments, and the day-to-day support that keeps client systems running.
